Product Description

H Beam is a kind of economical section and high-efficiency section with more optimized cross-sectional area distribution and more reasonable strength-to-weight ratio. It is named because its section is the same as the English letter "H". Since the various parts of the H-shaped steel are arranged at right angles, the H-shaped steel has the advantages of strong bending resistance, simple construction, cost saving and light structure in all directions.

H-shaped steel is divided into hot rolled H-shaped steel and welded H-shaped steel (H), and hot rolled H-shaped steel is divided into broad flange H-shaped steel (HW) with middle flange H-shaped steel (HM) and narrow flange H-shaped steel (HN). HW is the H-beam height and flange width are basically equal; It is mainly used for steel core column in reinforced concrete frame structure column, also known as stiffening steel column; It is mainly used for columns in steel structures HM is H-shaped steel height and flange width ratio is about 1.33~ 1.75 mainly used in steel structure: used as steel frame column in the frame structure under dynamic load is used as frame beam; For example, device platform HN is H-shaped steel height and flange width ratio is greater than or equal to 2, mainly used in beams; The purpose of the I-beam is equivalent to that of the HN beam; The main materials of H-shaped steel are Q235B, SM490, SS400, Q345, Q345B and so on.
